About

Hello again! In case you missed it, my name is Joshua. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Computer Science at the University of Utah, where I also earned my Bachelor’s degree in 2024. My most extensive background is in computer systems, as I’ve taken graduate-level courses in compilers, operating systems, computer architecture, and interactive computer graphics.

I have extensive experience with C++, but I also enjoy using JavaScript to build interactive web apps and mixing in WebGL whenever I can, and I often use Python for personal scripting projects.

During my time in graduate school, I’ve had the opportunity to work on research that’s allowed me to explore how computers work at a fundamental level, find ways to make programs faster and safer, and learn from the process along the way. My current overarching goal is to enroll in a PhD program and continue my research on efficient and secure systems.
